Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Change-of-Mind Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unopened and unused
- All seals are intact
- The product is returned in its original packaging
Return courier costs for change-of-mind returns are for the customer’s account.
2. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect item, or your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear supporting photos
Where the return is due to our error or damage/defect on arrival, we will cover reasonable return courier costs or arrange collection.
3. Inspection and Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the return conditions.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via PayFast.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–15 business days after approval.
- For ECTA cooling-off cancellations, refunds will be completed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
